We cannot accept all requests. Please remember that tax laws do not consider the donation of time to be a charitable contribution (i.e., tax deduction) and we want to put our time where it can help those most in need.

Sometimes we are able to help immediately, sometimes there is a list and we cannot guarantee that we will help all applicants.

As we say in the page title, giving is receiving. Those in the usability arena know how big a difference just a small change in a web site can make.
